Our commitment

We take pride in the quality of every matrix and elixir we produce. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns and refunds — physical orders

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at gaiarootorganics@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order details.

2. Return the item(s) unused and in original condition within 14 days of notifying us.

3. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at gaiarootorganics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photograph of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage costs.

Perishable and opened items

Due to the living nature of our matrices — which are whole-plant fermented preparations — we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used items unless they are faulty. This is for hygiene and product integrity reasons.
