Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at gaiarootorganics@gmail.com before ordering to discuss options.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. During busy periods (launches, events, new batch releases) processing may take a little longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Our matrices are produced in small, carefully managed batches. This ensures every order is of the highest quality, but it does mean availability can be limited.

Shipping method and timescales

We ship via Royal Mail or a comparable tracked courier service. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• UK Standard: 2–4 working days

• UK Tracked: 1–3 working days (where available)

Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (postal delays, adverse weather, etc.).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order. There is no free shipping threshold — the cost you see at checkout reflects the actual shipping cost for your package.

Order tracking

Where tracked shipping is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

We are committed to our Soil-to-Soul zero-waste philosophy. All packaging is as sustainable and minimal as possible — recyclable, biodegradable, or reused wherever we can.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at gaiarootorganics@gmail.com with your order details and we will investigate promptly.
